RACHEAL YATES

Racheal Yates is a passionate humanitarian and civic leader committed to addressing systemic injustice and oppression. She was born on the beautiful island of Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in the concrete jungle of Queens, New York. 

Racheal is passionate about developing cross-functional initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and inclusion. For the past 9 years, she has served as a strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion scholar-practitioner and is currently a Program Director at Stanford University. 

She deeply values her Christian faith and incorporates love, service, and compassion in all she does. These values led to the development of Divine Global. Divine Global seeks to uplift and empower marginalized individuals by equipping them with tools for self-efficacy, educational success, and financial stability while deepening their relationship with Christ . Racheal now strives to travel worldwide guiding underrepresented communities through the realms of self-development, financial literacy, and educational equity.
